#MAMALIME: Live Cooking Demo: Buss-up Shut

Allyuh ready fe make some BUSS-UP SHUT? Maybe we should answer just WHAT buss-up shut is first.  It’s a Trinidadian term for Paratha Roti that is shredded to looked like a busted up shirt. Get it? Busted up shirt, buss-up shut? (say it with a Caribbean accent and you’ll get it) LOL

Anyway, below is your ingredient list and cooking demo video. Enjoy!

INGREDIENT/TOOL LIST (you probably have most of these at home)

4 cups flour

6 tbsp. Ghee, butter (Ghee is clarified butter)

4 tsp. baking powder

2 tbsp. oil

1/2 tsp. salt

1 3/4 cups water

A TAWA or large pan to cook it in
