Allyuh ready fe make some BUSS-UP SHUT? Maybe we should answer just WHAT buss-up shut is first. It’s a Trinidadian term for Paratha Roti that is shredded to looked like a busted up shirt. Get it? Busted up shirt, buss-up shut? (say it with a Caribbean accent and you’ll get it) LOL
Anyway, below is your ingredient list and cooking demo video. Enjoy!
INGREDIENT/TOOL LIST (you probably have most of these at home)
4 cups flour
6 tbsp. Ghee, butter (Ghee is clarified butter)
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cups water
A TAWA or large pan to cook it in
